Free Diagnostics
Unlike most repair centres we offer free diagnosis on your device. This ensures we can give you an accurate quote first time, every time. This way you will know exactly what the final cost will be before you decide to go ahead with any repairs. The only exclusion is when more problems are discovered, as a result of work done on the machine. In this case we will inform you immediately and should you decide it is too much money, the repair will be stopped and you will not be charged.

BGA Reflow Services
We offer all BGA rework services using our in house station. This is a service that not many companies in the area can offer at our price! Graphics chip reflow / reball service cost is dependant on the price, however check with us first and we can give you the quote! No fix, no fee!

FAQs
How long does a repair take?
We aim to get all repairs carried out and back to the customer within 48 hours.
Although this isn't always possible depending on the job, a lot of our repairs can often be carried out same day!
If you cant fix the item do I still pay?
Simply, no. In the odd case where we cannot fix your device, you will not be charged a penny. So you have no need to panic about your device being unfixable!
Do I need to book in for a repair?
Not always! Simply pop along to the shop and we can book it in there and then. If you wish you can call us before to get an estimate on any repair or send us an Email or a Facebook message beforehand to let us know!
What happens if the fault happens again?
If the fault that we originally repaired happens again within the warranty period simply pop it back to us and we will repair the issue again completely free. Please see our warranty section here!
